Psychological Services

Tim works with adults and couples.  You can see him for a single appointment, short-term counselling or longer-term – he is respectful and encouraging of your choices. 

Tim works collaboratively and will tailor your appointments to your individual needs. He uses evidence-based practice, which are treatments based on the latest research and have been scientifically validated to improve mental health.

All appointments are online using a telehealth service. Telehealth appointments are live, video and audio based interactive calls that enable the therapeutic appointment to take place virtually. Before your appointment, you are emailed a link, which requires just one click to begin the appointment, with no software download needed.

Crisis Situations

Timothy Pilkington Psychology does not offer crisis counselling or emergency services. If you feel you are in crisis, call your doctor, emergency phone line in your area, or visit the nearest hospital.
